Did you get chemotherapy for colon cancer and develop numbness, tingling, or discomfort in the toes and/or feet? Researchers at the University of South Florida are looking for people to participate in a research pilot study of a strength and balance exercise program for people who have numbness, tingling, or discomfort in their toes and feet.
If you have any of these symptoms since receiving chemotherapy with a drug called oxaliplatin, a medicine commonly used to treat colon cancer, and are interested in participating in this study, please call the Primary Investigator, Cindy Tofthagen, PhD, ARNP at 813-396-9441. Refer to IRB Study #Pro00003344.
