Construction continues apace on a retail plaza at the the corner of State Road 54 and Livingston Road in the Pasco County portion of Lutz.
Next to RaceTrac, the project is advertising for potential tenants. Broker Insite Real Estate Inc. notes the property will include a Panera Bread. Total gross leasable area is 11,500 square feet.
