Christmas at the Old Lutz School Starts Tonight
The 16th annual event gets under way at 6:30 p.m.
Lutz residents who mark the official arrival of the holidays based on the festivities at the Old Lutz School can get ready to ring in the season.
The 16th annual Christmas at the Old Lutz School kicks off tonight at 18819 U.S. Highway 41. The annual event is sponsored by the Citizens for the Old Lutz School Building and includes a number of festivities.
The display opens tonight at 6:30 and runs until 9 p.m. There’s also a Breakfast with Santa planned for Saturday, Dec. 8, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Activities include breakfast and crafts for $3.50. A food and toy drive will also be held in conjunction with the annual festivities.

The old school building will be lit up through the season from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on most nights, too.
