Senior Fitness Day Announced In Lutz
Hillsborough County will hold a free senior health fair later this month.
Older Americans are the focus in Hillsborough County through May. In celebration of Older Americans Month, the county is rolling out a variety of free activities for people ages 50 and over.
This year's Older Americans Month theme is "Unleash the Power of Age" and encourages our seniors to stay engaged, active and involved in their own lives and in their communities.
As a result, Hillsborough County will offer a free Senior Health and Fitness Open House in Lutz.

The event will take place Wednesday, May 29 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and include a variety of exercises, health screenings and workshops.
The fun will take place at the Lutz Senior Center located at 112 First Ave. NW in Lutz.
