Those are 2 very nice parcels. I like the idea of a pet-related store due to its proximity to the…Read More dog park. How about a City of Lutz Welcoming Center for the other parcel?

I love Hot Rod's but man you have to pay your bills. Rod and Helen should have been working with…Read More David Potts to negotiate an alternative payment schedule instead of taking him to court. I'm interested in understanding their claim of fraud in the court.

I know I'm getting to some of these comments late. But they're really starting to bother me. Why…Read More would you pay a bill you didn't owe??? And do you really think they didn't try to work out a payment arrangement ??? The fraud in court is to long to list!! The pay your bills thing is ridiculous and if you want to know the facts all you have to do is drive down and talk to Rod. I'm sure you won't get the same answer from Mr. Potts. You'll probably have to talk to him through his high priced lawyer. Even if he lost fair and square in court. Which he didn't. You don't take away something a man put his blood sweat and tears for 17 years !! You give him a chance to pay that back. Not attach a personanl loan to his mortgage on his business. That's where our court system failed. Letting this man because of his money work the system in his own favor. I hope one day he gets the legal ramifications coming to him. So even though I appreciate that you loved Hot Rods to say Rod and Helen's name like they were dodging paying there bills is an insult to the great people they are. They've done more for this community in their 17 years than most people will do in their lifetime. They are guilty for believing in people and beleiving that friends won't take advantage of you. But that's it!!

Absolutely, bring Magpul to Florida! The TV comedians need MORE reasons to make fun of this state!

Sounds good to me, but would restaurants lower the cost to consumers or just take more profit?
Charlesworth Longtooth III May 1, 2013 at 06:42 am
The basic profit structure for most restaurants dictates huge profits for alcohol, and they are…Read More necessary for most to stay open. Wine from a keg would give owners more leeway for more deeply discounted specials the same way most do now with keg beer, such as 2 for 1 during happy hour or like Chili's and do it all day long. But one thing they probably will not do is offer 24 oz glasses of wine like some do with beer.

Charlesworth,
It is huge profits for almost all drinks (except water). But with the buyer already…Read More conditioned at higher prices there is no incentive to lower them.
